“The housekeeping, restaurant and room services are pathetic. You call them multiple times they will not pick the phone. Their food is overpriced and not upto the mark. They take a lot of time in food preparation and also their free breakfast is same everyday. They will provide very basic south indian breakfast.
The area around the resort is good but the resort is overpriced and the overall services are not good.”

“Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car.
Nice view from the room and property in general.
Staff and cook are very very polite.
Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating).”

“Very nice hotel located at the top of a hill in Ooty. Nicely appointed rooms with comfortable bedding. Staff was extremely friendly and provided good service. Hotel location makes it easy to walk down to main city area where lots restaurants are available. However, you can easily eat at the in house restaurant as well. There is a game room for kids to play. Afternoon tea in the garden was nice everyday between. 5-6pm.
Only suggestion would be to add a swimming pool to property. ”
