"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Fomos recebidos pelo sr. Emerson e seu fulho Otavio...muito simpáticos e hospitaleiros. Que lugar tranquilo e bonito. O chalé nos acomodou perfeitamente, muito limpo e confortável. De manhã eles oferecem um delicioso café da manhã mineiro, com bolo, pão de queijo, etc... O sr. Emerson foi muito legal e fez passeio de cavalo com as minhas meninas...nao preciso nem falar, elas amaram... Foi uma estadia bem gostosa..."
