"Tivemos uma estadia( 3 diárias) maravilhosa. O Hotel é antigo, rústico, mas muito bem conservado. Preserva a história do hotel e da cidade, com muito respeito. Muito limpo, nas áreas comuns e quartos. Os funcionários muito simpáticos. No quarto(207) o ar condicionado tem canefação(ar quente) o que proporciona nas noites mais frias, um conforto espetacular. A piscina, uma delícia, com o sol o dia todo. A cidade é pacata, muito limpa e segura. Não precisa de carro para nada, tudo muito perto."

"Os funcionarios e o cafe da manha sao otimos, porem o hotel esta descuidado. Fiquei 5 dias hospedado e a parede do meu quarto tinha uma infiltracao, dos 5 dias, 3 nao tivemos agua quente no chuveiro. A internet é praticamente inexistente e com isso a tv fica pessima. Se voce precisa de internet para o trabalho, vai ter serios problemas. Infelizmente nao posso recomendar o hotel"

"We arrived there and they were dirty sinks, bugs on the floor. The whole hotel open to the street in Brazil which is not safe. The only way to cool down would be to throw open all the windows and doors which would definitely not feel safe. We did not stay there. The hotel was relatively empty and we had not taken away the chance of anyone else to book a room. We asked for a refund through the hotel and through hotels.com and it was very difficult to communicate with them, a lot of mixed messages. They at one point approved a refund and then denied a refund to hotels.com and then told us they would give us 50% back. Eventually finally they approved a full refund again."

"Only negative of Hotel Central Parque was the fact that they didn’t honor my ONE KEY CASH amount, alleging that even if hotels.com offers it • doesn’t mean that they have to accept. You should advice this, but you didn’t when I booked the reservation."

"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."
