“Voor bed & breakfast is het ideaal. Alles is netjes en schoon (en nieuw). Het is geen 2 minuten afstand van snelweg. Er zat (nog) geen koelkast in het kamer. Hotel was net 2 dagen open, misschien zetten ze later nog een koelkast. ”

“We arrived at Domaine du Chauvet after a long drive from Spain. Mr Jabali was the perfect host: he was very welcoming and he prepared us an excellent meal at a time to suit us. The building is beautiful with a decor of stone, wood and white linen. Parking is safe and secure behind electric gates. Our bedroom was small but very comfortable. Next morning we had the best breakfast ever - pastries ,bread, fruit , cereal, coffee, tea, juice. We would definitely stay here again!”

Le personne très sympathique et serviable.
Seul point noir : l'hôtel est construit au bord de l'autoroute.

“First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem.
Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon).
Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by.

“Fantastic place on the garonne river. Loved having picnics outside and taste the wide selection of self pouring wines. Staff were excellent apart from a lady at the front desk that was kind of rude on the fact that we could not bring food to the swimming pool ( that wasn’t explained to us at check in ), she made us feel very uncomfortable. But the two other gentleman at the front desk were great!”

“We chose this hotel as an overnight stay on a longer road trip. It was fine but the room was very small to fit a double bed plus 'loft' area with 2 twin beds. The air circulation was poor and the loft area very warm. Also the A/C struggled and had a constant drip right at the door. We put a cup under it, but eventually just turned it off. Lastly, for some reason we had to pay 'tax' on the breakfast that was included with the price of our room when booking.. Otherwise the stay was adequate to……
