「If you are looking for a nice, clean, updated motel that's centrally located while on a budget, this is the place for you. Floors are new, but not carpeted, new bathroom shower/tub inserts, with beautifully tiled floor (in the bathroom). I would definitely stay here again, but take in to account that because it's centrally located you will hear traffic. 」

「This was an amazing retreat for the weekend. Hospitality was off the charts and the breakfast was thoughtful and delicious. The property is breathtaking and close to everything we needed. We are basketball fans and the theatre room was an unexpected surprise that saw plenty of use for NCAA conference tournament games😁」

「The unit was very spacious for the three of us (adult son, parents) and the location to visit wineries is perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped (for example, in contrast to many other places where we have stayed you can actually cut something with the knives). 「My husband and I decided to head to wine country at the last minute to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary a couple weeks early. We found Yamhill Flats and it was delightful. Nice downtown location making it easy to walk to dinner, easy access to lots of wineries. Room was clean and charming. Bed was comfortable. I was a little stressed about not getting the door code until the last minute but everything worked out like a charm. It was a great little get-away. They even left us a sweet note...

There were several times where someone else parked in our designated parking spot in the driveway, but that was it. Definitely worth the stay!」
