“Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm……

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Pagua Bay House. The property is close to the airport and has convenient parking. The room was clean, the bed was soft, the shower was huge, the pool was refreshing and everything sits on a beautiful cliff overlooking the ocean. The onsite restaurant and bar had great food and drinks as well. We will return for sure. Highly recommend!!”

“Would definitely visit again. It looked beautiful. Prices are same as you would expect in US. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is good. We did not have the opportunity to walk the grounds due to me slipping and cutting my ankle. Beware of wet tile on patios. ”

“J'ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hôtel. Peu avant mon arrivée, j'ai reçu un message me disant que j'avais été surclassée dans la chambre 212. Elle est plus spacieuse et plus lumineuse que celle initialement réservée. C'est un bel hôtel entouré de montagnes, au calme avec une belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner est préparé sur commande, il y a 6 options possibles et il coûte environ 16xcd. Chaque petit-déjeuner et diner que j'ai mangé au resto étaient très bons, les portions étaient également……
