Das Haus ist schön, ist von einem wunderbaren Garten umgeben. Der Pool ist auch schön gelegen. Man hat einen tollen Blick.Die Küche ist einfach, aber gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder sind in Ordnung, die Dusche ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Nette Unterkunft in einem kleinen Ort

Die Unterkunft macht einen guten Gesamteindruck. Auf einem Hang gelegen hat man etwas Aussicht und das Grundstück ist unseinsehbar. Zu schönen Stränden sind es ca. 10min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto.Die Ausstattung ist einfach und insgesamt o.k. Positiv:- Checkin und Kommunikation war super- Pool mit bis zu 2,2m Tiefe- Uneinsehbares Grundstück- 4 Doppelbetten- mehrere Restaurants im Ort zu Fuss erreichbarNegativ:- 2 Weingläser aus Glas für ein Haus mit 8 Personen sind zu wenig. Die Plastikgläser waren trüb und unansehlich. - Unangenehmer Geruch im unteren Bad. - Am Esstisch bekommt man regelmäßig den Geruch der Abwasserleitung in die Nase, der Abwasser-Schacht liegt direkt an der Terrasse.

Wunderschönes Stück Paradies

Die Villa liegt an einem kleinen Villenhang mit vielen anderen. Jedoch sind die Olianderhecken so dicht, dass der Garten nicht einsehbar ist. Außerdem liegt das Grundstück ganz oben, wodurch noch mehr Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Uns hat es unglaublich gut gefallen und wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen. Vom privaten Pool, über den liebevoll gestalteten Garten bis zur Sauberkeit war alles perfekt.

Lovely villa. Basic inside but everything you need. Within walking distance of a local village though up a hill on the way back for those not too mobile. Pretty garden and lovely seated area outside for meals. Great contact with the owners and local help from the housekeeper.

Peaceful, relaxing Villa in the Sardinian hills

Really enjoyed our stay, the location is very quiet and natural. Communication with the host and Paolo was great. There was a beautiful sunset and sunrise every day and the villa had all the amenities for home cooking and a lovely spot for dinner outside.

Familienurlaub in Domus de Maria

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene + 5 Kinder von 9-17 Jahre) in der Unterkunft von Marina und Giorgio unseren 3-wöchigen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen im oberen Teil eines Berghanges. Die Übergabe hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Francesca und Poalo kümmern sich schnell, falls doch mal etwas sein sollte. Das Dorf ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zur erreichen. Falls man auf der Suche nach etwas mehr Unterhaltung ist und/oder die Kinder ausgehen möchten reicht ein Besuch in Domus de Maria nicht aus. Ein Auto ist obligat. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Danke Marina und Giorgio

A stunning villa

A very memorable stay. My family had a lovely week stay in Domus de Maria. The views are stunning and the villa was outstanding. The villa is kept to a high standard. The pool was refreshing after a hot day at the beach and the garden was well kept. Nikos pizza is town was great to eat in the town square as well as takeaway. The drive to chia beach was 15minutes away. The beach is the best I’ve seen in Europe. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Wunderbares, ausserordentlich sauberes Haus und sehr gute Kommunikation

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wunderschön innen wie aussen. Was uns aufgefallen ist; noch nie hatten wir ein so sauberes Haus gemietet - und wir haben schon viele gemietet. Ein riesen Dank an Francesca und Paolo. Die Kommunikation war sehr, sehr gut und wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, haben sie uns sofort geholfen. Wir als Paar mit Hund haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können dieses Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Danke Francesca und Paolo für eure Hilfe und eure Bemühungen. Karakteristiek

We hebben met 2 gezinnen een fijn verblijf gehad. De reden dat dit verblijf geen 5 sterren krijgt, ligt niet aan het karakter van het huis. Positief: De ligging van het huis. Prachtig uitzicht. Verzorgde tuin. De verschillende niveaus, je kunt overal leuk zitten. Fijn zwembad met goede ligbedden. Vriendelijke ontvangst van Francesca. Goed contact vooraf met eigenaar. De ontvangen informatie betreft huis en omgeving. Negatief: De matrassen van de bedden zijn aan vervanging toe, je voelt de vering. De douches zijn klein, bij een sluiten de deurtjes niet goed, waardoor het water eruit loopt tijdens douchen, ook de sproeikop kon niet in hoogte versteld worden. Het warm water is snel op als je met 8 personen bent.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wunderbares Haus mit einem sehr gepflegten, liebevollen Garten. Nette und hilfsbereite Kontaktpersonen. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem im Ort Restaurants, Geschäfte fußläufig erreichbar. Im Haus ist alles in gutem, gepflegtem Zustand. Es war für uns ein traumhafter Familenurlaub! Ganz vielen Dank dafür

Tolle Unterkunft in den Bergen

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und einer befreundeten Familie (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) eine Woche in Domus de Maria verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, man ist in 10 Autominuten am Strand und kann dennoch die Ruhe und Urspünglichkeit in den Bergen genießen. Das Haus ist für 2 Familien ideal, 2 Zimmer sind im OG mit einem Bad und 2 Zimmer mit Bad und Wohnkücke im EG. Man hat also trotz gemeinsamer Unterkunft ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Architektur des Hauses, der Garten, der schöne Pool und die Lage sind sensationell. Es sind außerdem alle notwndigen Küchen-Utensilien Handtücher, Wäscheständer etc. für einen entspannten Urlaub vorhanden. Wir hatten ab und an Probleme mit der Wasserpumpe, was sicher auch dem allgemeinen Wassermangel auf der Insel geschuldet ist. Für uns stellt dies aber kein Hinderniss dar der Unterkunft verdiente 5 Sterne zu geben. Wir würden bei einem Urlaub mit mehreren Personen sicher wiederkommen!

Ein Traum in grüner und stiller Umgebung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, waren viel zuhause, im und ums Haus lässt es sich gut sein: Viel Platz, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Wohnküche großes Grundstück, Terrasse, Pool, viele Pflanzen, Vogelgezwitscher. Wir hatten perfekte 2 Wochen! Einziges Manko: Elektrik und Abwassersystem rufen nach Instandsetzung.

Schönes Haus in idyllischer Lage

Schöne Lage mit herrlichem Ausblick über die bergige Landschaft. Ca 10 min mit dem Auto zu einem wunderschönen Strand. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.
