“The staff really tried hard and were very polite but I think there were back of house staffing issues that put them in a bad spot. That’s the only reason I rates it lower on service. There were a lot of people waiting on rooms well past check-in time. I booked a double queen room and it still wasn’t ready at almost seven and we had children to get to bed so I took the only option I was given and had my whole family in one bed. “This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. They have a bar. I forgot my toothpaste they have complimentary ones. It felt great to use. 10/10. I have been booking this hotel since Feb of 2025 when my daughter was visiting Tuskegee University, now she is a student there. We came back a few more times. “The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.”

“Nice hotel and staff. Room with king bed was clean, quiet and functional. The room was a little smaller than most that we've stayed in. The mattress was firm and not as comfortable as we had hoped so we didn't sleep great. That was our only complaint.”

“Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. ”
