「Lovely location by the lock, as soon as we entered the bar area to collect key welcoming environment we made enquiries about the area as considering relocating everyone was so helpful. Room was comfy n clean perfect for our stay Food was lovely too.」

「Lovely stay at this hotel, we ate in the restaurant at night and had a lovely meal, nice restaurant and bar area, we had breakfast included lovely choice , we went for full english, nice quality and nice and hot( my pet hate is luke warm food) plenty outside seating, our room was a superior double with balcony, nice room and bathroom. Would definitely stay again」

「The hotel is easy to find and close to York famous city walls. The room is not too big but enough for single traveller. Reception lady is kind and offering help with my big luggage upstair. 」

「Check in: at the bar. Wait for 5 minutes as the staff served at the bar at that time. Wifi: good. Room: spacious, clean. One grocery shop near by, 5 minutes walk. No self laundry service. Breakfast: not buffet except juoice, milk and cereal, ok, basic. 」
