Beautiful 2-family house "Angela", 2 storeys. 2 apartments in the property. 650 m from the centre of Dongo, 50 km from the centre of Como, 41 km from the centre of Lugano, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 500 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property (fenced), large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Single garage, public parking 50 m on the road. Supermarket 80 m, restaurant 400 m, bar, café 150 m, pedestrian zone 650 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 300 m, railway station "Colico" 19 km, ferry "Menaggio" 15 km, grass beach "Dongo" 500 m. Sports harbour 1 km, marina 750 m, surf school 1 km, sailing school 1 km, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Museo Barca Lariana-Pianello del Lario, Palazzo Gallio-Gravedona, Lake Como Adventure Park, Varenna, Bellagio, Menaggio. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Area Val Chiavenna, Madesimo, Livigno. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Mezzola.
