「Blinds were very dusty. Bathtub is dangerously slippery.」

「Nice people」

「Not happy with our stay. Bed was hard as a board yet had 2 very pronounced indentions where people have slept. Very uncomfortable to sleep on, and we were both sore in the morning. Faucets were strange -- both sink and shower would not stay on cold, they went hot quickly. Hot was very hot. We could barely stand under the shower because the water became too hot, and would not cool down even with the faucet all the way on "cold." Towels were not soft and were rather scratchy. 「One of the best stays I’ve ever had!」

「Can't check in」

「The room was just fine. Not too much noise and the beds were good. I just have some suggestions. You should have three pillows for each bed and more convenient electrical outlets that have ports for phones.」

「Light switch entering room did not work. Run out of hot water while taking a shower 3 times. Refrigerator did not work. Toilet handle was broken. Coffee maker didn't work. Breakfast choices were pitiful. Won't stay there anymore.」

Our room phone didn't work or even have a cord connected to it and we had an emergency and had to call for an ambulance. Thank goodness for cell phones! Due...

Eggs and sausage were barely warm and they don’t have cream cheese despite having bagels available. There are no “do not disturb” signs to hang on your door. Housekeeping randomly opened and closed our door without knocking or announcing themselves and didn’t apologize after. They also have a $20 early check in fee that they failed to mention when I had called...
