Stay at one of the CLOSEST rentals to Tamarack Express chairlift! Slope Side Chalet, a 3BR/3BA townhome in Tamarack Resort is truly ski in/ski out and is located directly above the resort's main chairlift. With stunning views of the Village at Tamarack, you can enjoy the privacy of a mountain retreat while still being close to the action and energy of resort events, restaurants, amenities, and venues.

*THE SPACE*
Slope Side Chalet is spacious, functional, and well-equipped for relaxing and as homebase for exploring Tamarack Resort and the surrounding area. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Please note this is a townhome that shares an adjoining wall with the neighboring unit.

*LOCATION*
Tamarack Resort is a four-season destination 90 miles north of Boise; it's the perfect basecamp for your west central Idaho adventures, located between the recreation opportunities in Cascade and McCall or those further afield. Nestled on 3,500 acres with 2,800 feet of vertical and adjacent to Lake Cascade, it offers year-round recreation, including some of the best skiing and snowboarding in Idaho, Nordic and snowshoe trails, hiking, downhill and cross country mountain biking, zipline tours, whitewater rafting, and motorized and non-motorized water sports. Tamarack also offers a host of on-site dining and leisure activities, to include a spa, pickleball courts, and disc golf course. Be sure to check their schedule for hosted events and activities.
You will have the entire home to yourself. Full unit with fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private keyless entry, in-unit washer and dryer, covered deck and lower patio, + private hot tub.

*ACCESS*
Guests will NOT have access to the Lodge at Osprey Meadows locked amenities including outdoor pool (seasonal), fitness center, locker rooms/steam room, and hot tub. You'll have access to all outdoor public amenities including the gas firepit at the Lodge, pickleball courts, disc golf, and resort cross-country hiking/biking trails.

*TRAVEL RECOMMENDATIONS*
You'll receive complete driving directions and transportation tips after booking in your Digital Guidebook.

If you're flying into Boise International Airport, we recommend renting a vehicle directly from the airport.

It's possible to get an Uber from Boise/BOI to Tamarack Resort, although it's not necessarily a reliable mode of travel; depending on your arrival time and season, you may have difficulty finding a driver who will accept your ride. Uber is not currently accepting advance reservations for trips to Tamarack Resort from Boise; on-demand rides will be your only option.

If you're traveling in winter or you plan to enjoy the many off-roading adventures available in Valley County, we HIGHLY recommend a 4WD vehicle.

Perfect Ski-In/Out
This was the perfect spot for our stay for our son’s ski competition. The location could not be better, the space is exactly as described, nicely furnished with comfy beds and plenty of room. It was great to have use of the garage as well. We particularly enjoyed the chair lift views and hot tub after skiing. The hosts were kind enough to leave coffee and snacks upon our arrival and check-in was a breeze.

Tamarack Village #55
Often when one looks at properties on VRBO and one is left wondering does it really look this good?! With this particular residence in Tamarack Village, I can attest that it is lovely and in a beautiful location with mountain bike out-in/ski-in-ski out access, as well as a very short walk to the village. Coming from another (much bigger) ski area, we are used to crowds and crowded restaurants and bars, mountain bike and snowboard/ski trails (thanks Vail!)… but this place is pretty great and well worth checking out for lack of the aforementioned. And the scenery, hard to put into words-peacefulness comes to mind. The owners are GREAT in their communication-anytime I had a question, it was answered properly and cordially. Thank you so much. Furthermore, the digital booklet that comes with this property was excellent for food and beverage recommendations, as well as recreation (which there is plenty to choose from; mountain biking, swimming, boating, paddle boarding, zip lining, etc.). I would strongly recommend staying at this property and venturing up the road to McCall for one or two trips (stunning in it’s own right with more restaurant options). Another advantage to this particular property-besides its cleanliness- is its great deck with amenities overlooking the base of Tamarack Express chair for biking, hiking or shredding. Waking up to a 65 degree start to the day-yes. Beautiful property set in a stunning environment.
