「Really good spot to stay in the Swords area. The room was very well appointed and more roomy than some hotels we experienced in Ireland. Really nice bathroom and comfy beds. Very clean and the staff were very helpful — the manager even showed us to our room. No real lobby area in the hotel (check in is at the end of the bar downstairs) and minimal parking onsite, but we didn’t care about that. Area around the hotel is walkable and full of great shops and restaurants. There is even a castle just...

「It was a lovely place, and we loved the staff and their help and insights when we needed touring suggestions or had a computer issue. There was a stake smoke smell throughout the room and lingered. Breakfast was great. The grounds were beautiful. The room was nice, but could use some updating. Loved our stay.」

「This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. Upon arrival, mattresses lined the hallways, and the common areas were in poor condition, cobwebs, dirty windows, and damaged carpets. Our room had a strong odor, and the carpet was ripped and bunched up, exposing sharp tracks and nails. The bathroom was also in bad shape, with a corroding toilet. At the front desk, we were told these issues were known and related to ongoing repairs after housing refugees, along with recent water problems....
