「An absolute privilege to stay in such a beautiful and historic home. We know and love the area well and this was a really great place to be based. Communication and all the info from the host was exceptional. Many thanks indeed!」

「Pros: The location and the facilities of the property. We were two families so the en suites for each bedroom were great and there was plenty of room for us to relax inside and to BBQ and eat outside. Would definitely recommend. Cons: We were able to relax on the property and also use a base to visit the beautiful villages and riverside cafes/bars of the Dordogne. Being few minutes walk from the river, we were also able to canoe and enjoy a cold drink and ice cream in the cafe/bar.」

「Typical French property, clean and well equipped ,had difficulty finding the property, because the directions on Vrbo was not working. All communication was in French, but was expected. The owner was very friendly and even left us a bottle of wine. It was an ideal location to explore the surrounding area」

「We had a wonderful stay at Nichole’s home near Sarlat. Nichole was such a sweet, welcoming host, she speaks only French and fortunately my partner speaks enough to communicate the basics, and we managed just fine. The house itself was beautiful and spotless, both inside and out. We loved the quiet, peaceful setting with gorgeous views, just a short 10-minute drive from Sarlat, close enough for convenience but far enough to feel like a true escape. The private pool and ping pong table were a...

「This is a wonderful property and our group of 18 had a fantastic stay for a week. The house has everything you could possibly need. Jessica is a superb host, ensuring everything is in place, and always available for advice or any minor problems. Would not hesitate to stay again.」

「We have really enjoyed our first week in this property, and fortunately we are staying on a further week. There are many places nearby to explore.」

「All good. Map location slightly off but not really an issue.」

「Great place. Beautiful location and area. Do note the house is actually two two-bed houses separated by external stairs ...」
