"This is indeed a nice, quiet riverfront home. It's about 20 minutes from Cottage Grove, and the drive there is gorgeous. Great internet speed, so you shouldn't have any cellphone issues if you have wifi calling enabled on your phone. "This quiet, lush listing was off the beaten track but close enough to Cottage Grove or Eugene to get forgotten supplies. The floor-to-ceiling windows looked through a screen of firs over Dorena lake. Herons stalked the shore, or thrust themselves into the sky. The unit itself was well-equipped and the furnishing were quite comfortable. We hope to stay again."

"It was a beautiful property and a very unique stay! I would not consider it dog-friendly - lots of stairs and the deer (while cool to admire as a human) were not interested in sharing the yard with my pup! I would also travel light due to the stairs. The host was more than helpful though, I would come back! Check in while the sun is still out, it gets dark fast!"

"Booked this house because we were in town for a wedding. Well stocked, on soap, coffee, towels, paper towels dishwasher soap etc. Only negatives were there were only two washcloths/rags in the house (makes it hard to wash pots and pans that don't fit in the dishwasher or wipe down counters/table) and most of the garbage cans out front were full to the top when we checked in. We are a large family, so naturally we produce a fair amount of trash."
