However the hotel being called Cala Luna has nothing to do with the beach it’s named after which is a big miss leading, you still have to pay €5 a day and a 20 min boat to the Cala Luna. "We loved our stay at Ecoparco Neule. Just as their pictures suggest, the place is lovely with beautiful expansive views of the lake and surrounding hills. The decor of our room with private bath was done in neutral and blue tones with touches of traditional Sardinian linen. So pretty. "Lovely property in Cala Gonone. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and that we were taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We stayed in an Economy room on the 1st floor and we’re perfectly satisfied. The resturant at the hotel was fantastic, we ate dinner there twice! Cute bar and lobby lounge area. The pool was nice as well. Overall great stay in Cala Gonone"

"It is a nice hotel although it is quite old. The staff are friendly. Our room was quite spacious with a large balcony and sea view. The hotel restaurant is good for dinner (we haven’t tried but the menu looked good and we heard positive comments). The only thing I didn’t like were ants in the room. We couldn’t keep food outside because of them. The management should sort out this issue. "
