We stayed as a couple at Agriturismo S'Ozzastru for 13 nights, between July & August. This was our first stay in an agriturismo, which is a sort of working holiday farm, where the animals live, but you can’t see them as the land is very big. We stayed in a standard room that was of a good size, had all we needed for when we came back in the evening after a long day out! The beach umbrella was really a nice touch! Highlights of our holiday were: - [ ] A magnificent buffet breakfast every morning between 8.15am and 10am. The food was home made and super delicious!! There was a variety of savoury and sweet food, hot & cold drinks and what we liked the most were the dried salamini, fresh ricotta cheese and the pastries filled with fresh cream! - [ ] The lovely members of staff, from super marvellous Federica, at the front desk, to the three lady cleaners, to the breakfast ladies and to the guy working at the snack bar! Thank you for welcoming us!! - [ ] Lovely swimming pool area and panoramic views. - [ ] Nice chilling area in front of our room. Things to consider: * Finding a way for outside/agriturismo guests to not leave their belongings all day on the pool chairs/beds when they don’t use the area, as not fair to the other guests. * * Having the opportunity to have breakfast untill 11am. * If possible, replenish the breakfast buffet table untill closing time, and not up to 30 minutes before. We enjoyed our stay and holiday at the agriturismo! Thank you.

This property overlooks the Ispignoli Grottoes, surrounding mountain valley, vineyards, olive groves, and the Mediterranean Sea. The farm is situated on a hillside and accompanied by a beautiful swimming pool and outdoor terrace. It's very close to the beautiful beaches of Cala Ganone, town of Dorgali, and beaches of Orsei. This place ranks among one of the most beautiful places I have been fortunate enough to visit.

Magnifique séjour dans ce très bel agriturismo

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce très bel agriturismo au milieu de la campagne de Dorgali. La vue dégagée sur les montagnes environnantes, et même un petit bout de mer, est très belle. La piscine est splendide. L'ensemble des installations est très bien entretenu et aménagé avec goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. Petit bémol à propos du réfrigérateur dont le ventilateur fonctionne en permanence et est un peu bruyant (modèle italien, sans thermostat ?). Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et très bien garni. Les produits sont frais et bons. Nous avons testé le repas sarde très, trop (?), copieux et n'avons pas été déçus, de l'apéritif jusqu'au digestif. L'accueil est chaleureux et le service attentionné. Merci à Federica et tous ses collaborateurs pour leur disponibilité et leurs bons conseils de visites aux alentours. Bref, un agriturismo à recommander sans hésitation.

Mycket fint Agriturismo i ett vackert område

Detta Agriturismo är beläget på landsbygden nära Dorgali och har designats för avkoppling. Miljön har utformats med närhet till djuren och samtidigt närhet till mycket fint poolområde därifrån det finns en otroligt vacker utsikt över vackra berg. Här tar man mycket väl hand om sina gäster, så vi kände oss genast välkomna och vi trivdes mycket bra under de dagar vi var här. Min 7-åriga dotter tyckte det var fantastiskt spännande att kunna besöka alla djuren och titta på när fåren mjölkades och veta att produkterna från farmen serverades till frukost och under den underbara 4-timmars lunch som vi hade möjlighet att vara med på. Med bil når man mycket fina stränder härifrån, grottan Ispinigole och båtutflykterna efter kusten som utgår ifrån Cala Gonone. Vi trivdes så gott här att vi önskar vi kunde ha stannat längre!

A Pleasant 2-Night Stay

Very nice agriturismo about 5 miles North of Dorgali. It is a working farm which raises goats, donkeys and horses. The owners have also constructed 22 individual rooms including some cabins. The agriturismo seems to be doing very well — it was pre-season and yet most of the rooms were filled. It is run by a family all of whose members make an outstanding effort to please their guests. The dinner I ate there I will never forget. I could not eat my dessert I was so full. The breakfast was ample. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. I thoroughly enjoyed my two night stay.

Une belle experience !

A mi chemin ou presque entre Dorgali et Orosei, nous avons passé quatre journées ds ce magnifique site : l'accès en serait facilité avec les coordonnées lat/long pour les GPS . Le site est magnifique, la piscine super. Nous avons pu profiter de la table sarde pour notre dernier diner : un repas somptueux, mais dommage un service trop lent car de tres nombreux convives et seulement deux personnes - efficaces au demeurant- pour nous servir . Les petits dejeuners sont avec des produits frais, faits maison ou du jardin, un vrai régal pour les papilles . Vraiment cet endroit vaut le détour !! L'accueil est génial avec une equipe d'une grande gentillesse et tres attentionnée .

Flotte omgivelser, men har ikke alt de sier.

Dette stedet er helt fantastisk, alt er designet med et trent øye for detaljer. Tro det eller ei, men virkeligheten er mye flottere enn på bildet. Men, det var også noen skuffelser. Vi valgte å overnatte her i 2 netter pga det så ut som det var mye aktiviterter på gården man kunne ta del i. Dette stemte ikke helt. Vi spurte etter både hesteriding og matlagingskurs som hotellet reklamerte med, dette kunne de ikke tilby. Det ble vi veldig skuffet over da det var mye av grunnen til at vi valgte dette stedet. Stedet tilbyr flott basseng og omgivelser, men det er ikke grunnen til at man velger et slik sted, det får man mer ut av på et hotell. Det er også viktig å tenke på at her må man ha bil! Obs! Stedet sier på nettsiden at de tilbyr frokost og har restaurant, frokost har de, men restaurant hvor man kan kjøpe middag er bare enkelte dager i uken, vi var der fra søndag til tirsdag, og ingen av dagene var det mulig å få kjøpe seg middag. Da er man avhengig av å ha bil for å kjøre til Dorgali, som ligger 7-10 min med bil unna. Hadde stedet tilbytt de aktiviteten som nevnt over, og middag, hadde det vært et perfekt sted å dra på ferie! Er man ute etter avslapping ved bassenget, med noen få gårdsdyr (sau,geit,hest,kanin,griser,esler) rundt, er det et kjempefint sted å være.

Had a wonderful time!

We spent 2 days in this great Agriturismo and had a wonderful time. Very good Sardinian food: the dinner is currently only served on Saturdays but it was so delicious; the breakfast is also very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Last but not least, the decoration, garden and pool area are breathtaking. Very well decorated and beautiful.
