「We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience 」

「I had booked the whole lodge to host my birthday dinner and it was magical! the setting, the decor, the overall feel and atmosphere of the picturesque property was second to non. A real treat ! the most comfortable beds and duvets, magnificent views, wonderfully peaceful, everything we could have asked for and more. Highly recommend for a truly magnificent weekend away.」

「We arrived at the property.. it was so easy to find with the sat nav app... If I had to give any negative feedback. It would be for such simple little things .. such as some slippers . Bath robes. Shower gel.and tv in the bedroom would of made it complete.. b」

You have to leave room key behind before you walk out hotel.
Room door will close itself. It will slam itself. So it may wake you or ur neighbour up.
A typical old hotel.
when I move around, I will make noise, whenever I step on the floor, wood floor sound. I also don't want to disturb my neighbour so I can't do much in the room."
