Schön eingerichtete Wohnung; Besteck, Geschirr etc. in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden; unkomplizierer Check-in; alles so, wie beschriebenIn einem Schlafzimmer waren die Matratzen schon deutlich durchgelegen und sollten erneuert werden.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus im Herzen von Neßmersiel. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut gepflegt. Einen Edeka und Bäcker kann man innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichen, sodass man morgens immer frische Brötchen da hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg.

Alles war Bestens. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und ist modern eingerichtet. Die Über- und Abgabe der Schlüssel wurde durch die nette Verwalterin unkompliziert organisiert.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben 4 schöne Urlaubstage in dem Ferienhaus von Fam. Berneiser verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Es bietet zwei Terrassen auf denen man sich bei schönem Wetter sehr gut verweilen kann. Wer gerne Fahrrad fährt kann dort auch sehr viele Orte bereisen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein kleines Manko gibt es allerdings, das Bett im Erdgeschoss ist für ältere Personen viel zu flach und die Matratzen lassen auch zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln

Sehr gute Kommunikation seitens Gastgeber

Sehr kulant und es gab für jedes Problem eine Lösung. Ich muss sagen das wir überlesen hatten uns 2 Tage vor Abreise zu melden. Waren also 4 Stunden zu früh vor Ort. Trotzdem durften wir schon ins Haus. Lobenswert. Wir hätte auch gewartet.

Kurzurlaub in Neßmersiel

Unser Aufenthalt in Neßmersiel war absolut erholsam und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich, das Wetter hat perfekt mitgespielt. Besonders genossen haben wir die frische Luft und die Ruhe. Ein Highlight war die Fährfahrt nach Norderney. Dort konnten wir die wunderschöne Natur in vollen Zügen genießen und komplett abschalten. Die Gegend bietet eine ideale Kombination aus Entspannung und Naturerlebnis – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Passt das für euch?

Schönes ruhiges Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir waren eine Woche in Nessmersiel und hatten dort eine sehr schöne Zeit. Einen großen Anteil daran hatte das sehr schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Haus. Checkin und Checkout waren schnell und der Kontakt sehr nett.

Licht und Schatten

Um mit dem Positiven zu beginnen - das Häuschen ist nett und alles war gepflegt und sauber. Dass Fotos häufig etwas beschönigend wirken, ist nichts außergewöhnliches, damit muss man rechnen. Womit man nicht rechnet und worauf sich Reisende einstellen sollten ist die Bettenproblematik in diesem Haus. Die Matratzen sind schon strapaziert und erneuerungsbedürftig. Tatsächlich sehr beeinträchtigend für den Aufenthalt war die minderwertige Bettwäsche (100% Polyesther), die wir für 24€ die Woche dazu gemietet haben und die auch auf Anfrage nicht durch akzeptable Alternativen ausgetauscht wurde. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger eher knapp bemessen. Die Geräte sind in Ordnung, die Messer sogar hervorragend, die übrigen Utensilien sind lückenhaft und teilweise qualitativ schlecht. Die Beurteilung der Lage ist reine Geschmackssache - wer weit weg von allem Treiben eines Ballungsgebiets sein möchte, der ist hier richtig. Die Dimensionen der Feriensiedlung, in der das Häuschen steht, sind allerdings auch so, dass Einsamkeitsgefühle nicht aufkommen. Zu Fuß zum Strand ist schon ein deutlich ausgedehnter Spaziergang, als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist Neßmersiel nicht empfehlenswert. Die Distanzen kommen einem Planer sicherlich viel geringer vor, als sie sich in der Realität darstellen, weil man nur auf Landstraßen von Ort zu Ort zuckeln kann. Beispielsweise nach Wilhelmshafen oder Emden muss man schon eine gute Stunde rechnen.

Ein Wochenende in Neßemersiel

Wir waren mit 6 Frauen für ein Wochenende dort und haben uns im Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und das Haus gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Es hat an Nichts gefehlt. Besonders gut hat uns am Samstag der Tag auf Baltrum gefallen. Der Anleger der Fähre ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und die Überfahrt ist mit 40 Minuten kurzweilig und sehr schön.

Es stimm nicht komplett was auf der Internet Seite steht es fehlt der Whirlpool er steht auf der Seite von am fewo aber er ist nichtig bzw am Haus der Vermieter wurde schon drauf hin gewiesen

Schöne Woche im schönen Haus

Perfekt eingerichtetes Haus in dem es an nichts fehlt. Ruhig gelegen ein optimaler Startpunkt für Ausflüge in die Natur. Besonderen Dank noch mal an Frau Janssen, die uns superschnell aus der Patsche geholfen hat, als wir uns ausgesperrt hatten.

Schönes Haus !!!

Das Haus hat mir gut gefallen, sehr modern eingerichtet, ganz nach meinem Geschmack. Alles da was man braucht. Eine kleine Anmerkung, der Backofen ist nichts für kleine Menschen. Für mich zu hoch platziert. Aber kann man mit Leben. Das Zimmer unten etwas klein die Betten für ältere Menschen viel zu niedrig. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig,Zu Fuss zum Strand das dauert etwas.Ein schöner Spaziergang, wenn es nicht regnet,geht das ! Edeka ist unmittelbar in der Umgebung, äußerst praktisch.Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit .Das Wetter war leider nicht so prickelnd aber nicht desto trotz haben wir die Zeit genossen.......Vielen Dank

Kurze Auszeit

Für unser verlängertes Familienwochenende genau das richtige. 2 Fahrräder im Schuppen, alles gut zu erreichen, kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker in direkter Nähe. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Unterkunft

Alles war wirklich super. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Toll ist es , dass es zwei Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung gibt, die super im Schiuss waren. So mussten wir nur welche für die Kinder mieten. Danke auch an Maraike , die sich vor Ort um alles kümmert .
