About this accommodation

Welcome to our luxurious holiday apartment "Zur schönen Aussicht," located directly on the field and equipped with two exclusive whirlpools. This accommodation is a true gem in Dortmund and is perfect for a romantic getaway for two or a longer stay with the family to escape from everyday life. Whether after a stressful work week or as an exhibitor at one of Dortmund's many trade fairs – here you will find your personal oasis of relaxation. Book now and treat yourself to a relaxing break in picturesque surroundings with stunning views!
This accommodation

Our modern holiday apartment is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 9 people. It features three comfortable bedrooms – two with king-size double beds and one with two spacious single beds. Bedroom 1, bedroom 2, and the living room each have a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool tub, a shower, and a toilet. The large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, and a high-quality coffee machine for the perfect start to the day.
In the cozy living room, you can relax on a large sofa bed and enjoy the TV. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available. There is ample free parking around the house.

The absolute highlight of this accommodation is the unique 90 m² roof terrace, which offers breathtaking views of the idyllic surroundings. Here you can relax in a luxury Vortex whirlpool with up to 6 people at a time and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere – an unforgettable experience that will make your stay even more special!

Before using the whirlpool, please take a moment to read the instructions posted at the entrance to the rooftop terrace. The outdoor whirlpool is available all year round and is one of the highlights of our accommodation. We kindly ask for careful and respectful use so that future guests can enjoy it just as much. Super Wohnung nahe Dortmund

Wir waren alle begeistert von der riesen, schönen Wohnung!!! Alle Zimmer sehr hell, die Betten riesig und bequem, im Bad sogar eine Jacuzzi. Die Küche voll ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Und unser Kontakt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Also gerne wieder!
