1. Apartment was on 2nd floor which was too high for my 67 year old dad to climb. Booking did not mention which floor we would get or we would have chosen another hotel. 2. The receptionist was particularly helpful and the rooms were really clean and spacious. The only thing was the room was too hot (but we were able to open the balcony door to cool the room down. However it was very cold outside so maybe the reason. Very happy and did not spoil our experience
