「Bathrooms need to be updated」

「Location is great… but updating is needed for the room and bathrooms… curtain was smelly… beddings and pillows can be replaced with a new stock.. after so many years of use.」

「The hotel shuttle driver was very rude. I was told to wait at the airport at the 40th minute of the hour. I was there at 35th minute. The shuttle arrived early and was about to leave. I waved and asked the shuttle to stop. The driver was very angry, saying words that he shouldn't have said. I did nothing wrong, I was even early. It's that he was early. Regardless, he shouldn't have said what he has said. I will avoid this hotel next time so that I won't need to take their shuttle again.」

「Good」

「Loved being right on the water. Received a lovely room upgrade. The room was a little bit stale and chilly but still very nice. Restaurant was hopping! Good food and live music. Underground parking for a fee. Would definitely stay again!」

「Great convenient location with elevated train station across the road.」

「Employees are nice and the room is clean and fashion.」

「Clean room. Lucy was very kind and helpful. Property met our needs perfectly.」

「I enjoyed the breakfast」

「Easy self checked in. Room was spacious with a nice kitchenette. Request for extra bathroom carpet was instantly catered through the Aparthotel app.」
