The most welcoming and efficient check in process I ever seen!! Room was delightful, large, and appointed with personalised care. The breakfast was made to order and delivered with wonderful hospitality. Checkout was just handing the key back - oh and the minibar was complimentary. Genuinely a wonderful experience.

A wonderful hotel. We had views of the sea and watched amazing sun rises. The breakfast included was delicious and plentiful. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly r commend staying here

We stayed four nights and really enjoyed it, the staff were kind and attentive, and went out of their way to help imperious ways. I wouldn’t say the breakfasts were as magnificent as some people have implied, it’s a pretty limited menu and if you go off the menu, things aren’t always great, but the coffee machine was fabulous.

The room was good except there was no bedside table had to leave everything on the floor. Parking was nonexistent with a 2 hour limit outside the hotel

Beautiful hotel on the promenade. Rooms very spacious and clean. Decor was lovely. En-suite was newly renovated and shower was amazing. Numerous options for breakfast. Nothing negative about this hotel.

Great hotel!

My favourite hotel in Douglas and very near to everywhere I need to walk to for work. Friendly, lovely big rooms (they upgraded me free of charge to a huge room as I stay often). Great view over the sea front. Breakfast is quality - good ingredients, cooked to order. Very happy with everything.
