This home is just a half-block away from the famous Douglas Halloween parade route! And a hot tub will be added in November!

The main house features a spacious bedroom and 1.5 baths, while a charming guest cottage provides an additional bedroom, den, and full bath, all separated by a lush, private courtyard.

As you step inside the main house, you’ll be greeted by an open living, dining kitchen area with gas fireplace. This inviting space is perfect for relaxation and entertainment. This kitchen has everything you need, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner. There's also a half-bath on this floor.

Upstairs in the main house is the spacious primary suite featuring a vaulted ceiling, built-in wardrobe and comfortable queen bed. This bedroom also has an en-suite full bathroom and a fully screened-in outdoor porch with a gas fireplace. It's the perfect escape year round.

Behind the main house is a fully enclosed courtyard with a gas grill and a gas firepit, surrounded by Adirondacks.

Upon entering the guest cottage, you'll find the den on the first floor, which has a sofabed, desk and TV. Upstairs is an open bedroom with a full-sized bed and full bathroom. In the basement of the guest cottage, you'll find the laundry room.

This home's prime location near downtown Douglas and the waterfront makes it easy to explore all the Saugatuck-Douglas area has to offer!
Guest access
You will enjoy full and private access to the entire property, guest cottage and courtyard during your stay. Free street parking in front of the home is readily available.

The property is dog-friendly and has a fully fenced-in courtyard. You're welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you.

So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture, pick up after them, and do not leave them at the house unattended.
