Highly recommended! The owner is so friendly and check-in was smooth, very good Full English breakfast for 10 pounds, bathroom facilities are good and clean. My room was cleaned every day and the bed was comfortable, I had sea view. The hotel is within walking distance from the city centre, on the Promenade. I had a nice 3 days stay on the Isle of Man and visited many places.

Bedroom was especially clean & well maintained AND with a sea view and en-suite . The bed was so comfortable & very clean bedding & towels . The breakfast room is very modern too & full English at a great price . The visitors areas are of a high standard including toilets . The decor in entrance & garden don’t reflect the standards inside . I felt very welcomed with host D & appreciated her hospitality & professionalism

I had a lovely view of Douglas’ beach and sea front. The room was cleaned to a high standard and the breakfast was excellent. The host was very helpful and charming. The property has four floors but the lift is out of action. I have stayed twice now and not been disappointed.

3 star hotels can vary in quality and that will put people off booking them. This hotel provided me with a reasonable size double room with ensuite which was serviced every day. It didn't have restaurant facilities, which was not one of my requirements. Definitely would stay there again.

Old style hotel. I had a great sea view. Bed comfortable and slept well. Room serviced each day. Breakfast included and was good and plenty enough. Good value for money. Lift was not working so had to lug my suitcase up to the 3rd floor.

Great Location, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable but room was very basic. An older building so one has to live with certain limitations. No Wifi available on 2nd floor. Shower was low pressure and did not get very warm. However all things considered would stay here again.

Had a truly lovely stay at the Trevelyan in Douglas - received a lovely welcome from Delia upon arrival; had a promenade / beachfront view from my 3rd floor room. Comfortable bed. No problems at all with the shared bathroom facilities either. What I would suggest though, is for basic tea/coffee facilities being provided to guests - either directly in their rooms, or at a central location (for example, in the common area on the ground floor). Thank very much once again !
