"Victor welcomed us into his home and took us on a tour so we could familiarize ourselves. He also sent a document with a quick overview and important notes about the property and surrounding area. The house was great! Our group of 7 fit easily, with plenty of communal spaces. The property itself was also amazing. We were able to go on walks around the area and come back to sit and relax with a coffee or nectarine from the trees outside. Overall, great experience!"

"Our family spent a week at this property and we cannot say enough good things about it. The house itself was spotlessly clean, the pool and view was amazing and the house, including the kitchen, fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room for everyone in our group and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a big plus. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay and would not hesitate to return again!"

"We may have had terrible weather, but we still loved our time at Quinta Do Loureiro. Our children adored picking oranges and making fresh-squeezed orange juice, and Francisco was a wonderful host and kept us well supplied with firewood for our stormy stay. "We have spent 12 wonderful days in Quinta dos lemoes. The house is beautiful and there is more than enough space for 8 people. The four bedrooms are large and looks like hotel rooms. "Our hosts, Maria Eugenia and Jose, were amazing! Kind, informative, generous, helpful, I can't say enough about them. We stayed for four days, two couples in the larger home. It was spacious, each couple with their own bathroom. We ate most of our meals at home. Our comadre caught a cold right upon arrival. She had a comfortable place to read, rest and recover, while we enjoyed the pool and had such a wonderful outing in the boat on the Douro river. This was definitely a once in a life time...

"Fatima welcomed and attended to us as if we were family. Deonilde delivered fresh bread in the morning and did our laundry. The view was spectacular, especially poolside. Well equipped kitchen, two modern bathrooms and yes, the Wifi works! Other than the first night dinner out, we enjoyed eating on the lovely terrace."

"We’ve had such a lovely stay at this lovely villa. It’s a very quiet area, with lovely views of the river. We were 3 families staying for the week, we thoroughly enjoyed the (heated!) pool everyday, we had a couple of days wakesurfing on the river Douro and a couple of trips to the beach and river beach. we also thoroughly enjoyed a cooked meal at the villa by Alda, she is a very talented chef. Check in and out process was seamless with a very smiley welcoming Alda meeting us at the property....
