The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The apartment is let down by a number of minor- easy to recify- items.There is no dining table and chairs- you have to eat at breakfast bar with high stools. "The property is close to the train station which was helpful and was quite quiet. Reception staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast had everything you needed with staff making a great effort at insuring food was restocked quickly. We opted not to have our room cleaned on a daily basis. A downside is the hotel rooms do not have a safe in them."

"The hotel has a stunning view of lake and mountains. We had a lake view room, which was absolutely worth it. The spa is great- highly recommend the massage and body scrub. The terrace is a fantastic place to sir and have a drink, enjoy the view of the lake. Here the staff were inattentive to those customers sitting at the far end. Otherwise the staff were great and treated us to a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit cheesecake for our wedding anniversary. We would definitely return!"
