"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . "This was a lovely flat in a perfect location for strolling along Lake Annecy towards Old Town. The balcony looks out over a busy avenue but was a nice spot to enjoy breakfast. While on a busy street there was not a lot of street noise at night which was a plus. We were able to get a parking spot within the gated allotment for the building but there are several paid parking lots very close by if needed."

"Excellent location, right in front of the lake. The room was very comfortable and the hotel felt well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay. A couple of small points, however. Considering this is a four-star hotel and that there is a €14 per night fee for dogs, I expected a bit more attention to pets. The only item provided was a simple aluminum water bowl, which we had to request at reception. In other places we have stayed, hotels sometimes offer small extras such as a dog bed or treats, even without charging an additional fee. The breakfast also did not feel quite worth the €22 per guest."

"Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never again!"
