"Parking is good when folks pulling trailers park in the back. I am not fond of talking to a person through a machine but the individual was pleasant enough. No dealings with any other staff members. I have stayed here several times. It meets my needs for location. Close to Ft Campbell. Rooms have always been clean and nice."

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — you can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. The Garrison steakhouse was absolutely incredible — perfectly cooked steaks, rich flavors, and great atmosphere. Carlos sat my family at the best table in the place!. It’s easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a hotel. This is our 5th dinner in the past 4 years at Garrison steakhouse. The bartender Abby was another highlight — friendly, knowledgeable, and made us the very best smoked old fashioned (custom with Jack Daniel's Honey bourbon) I’ve ever had. Whether you’re looking to unwind after gaming or just enjoy a specialty drink, the bar outside of Garrison steakhouse is the place to be. Between the great service from the front desk, clean rooms, and top-notch dining at EATs, the breakfast place and the Garrison steakhouse, this hotel casino truly delivers a five-star experience. I can’t wait to come back! "
