“A wonderful cosy, quirky cottage, deep in the Kent countryside. Ideal location for walking dog owners, a couple looking for a romantic break or friends. Perfect for a short winter break. Lovely log burner. Relaxing and peaceful. A word of warning, very steep stairs. Felt like we were on a boat at times as the floors upstairs slope so much. This place has real character though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, seeing the New Year in. Highly recommend.”

Parking space available in a city centre is a definite bonus. Will book here again as we want to come back to Canterbury again.”

“Everything was great about the property itself, especially the location with the walk to the high street and the start of the shops only taking a minute or 2. The only drawback I could find, and I'm nit picking, is the stairs are right at the front door which might be tricky for some people. Parking on busy days/weekends might be tricky.”

“Typisch britisch, kleines Cottage , gemütlich .Nicht geeignet für ältere , da die Treppe zu den Schlafzimmern sehr steil ist .Darauf sollte man achten …Ansonsten sehr schön , in der Nähe kann man gleich einkaufen und in wenigen Kilometern erreicht man rye , welches man unbedingt besuchen sollte .”

“I stayed in this gorgeous cottage/annex for one month.It is furnished to a very high standard and is probably the nicest place I have ever stayed for comfort, cleanliness and having every imaginable appliance in the kitchen.Everything is done with great care, the welcome hamper full of goodies, fresh flowers on the table., books, magazines, extra towels in the bathroom.
