“We had a wonderful time at this house. The house was comfortable and conveniently located within 30 minutes of local attractions. The extra touches the hosts added for our dogs were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“This was a great place to stay while we were dropping our daughter off for her sr. year at DSU! The location was central to her house in Camden, the beaches in Rehoboth and nature/marsh/beaches of southern Delaware Bay. We really enjoyed getting ice cream and walking the riverwalk. “Overall - very nice- comfy beds- easy layout and great location. We are building in PH- and have stayed in several homes there- as we watch our dream come to fruition. If someone is renting this in the colder months- the main sitting area is definitely chillier- the electric fireplace helps- but just a heads up that it’s cold in that room- we also only had use of Keurig - but I believe a coffee maker and grinder are coming soon according to the host - but just double check before you start your……

“Perfect place for my son and I that had a lacrosse tourney that was only 8 minutes away at the Delaware turf fields Cat was awesome and replied very fast and was super accommodating!! ”

“The room was very clean. Hallway was clean. Good hot water use . We were next to the stairs so you heard the noise from that. People at the desk are nice but when going in and out no one would say hello have a good day. That seemed strange. I will definitely stay there again.”
