“This house was exactly as pictured, though more impressive in person. All the spaces were well appointed with comfortable beds/couches, clean linens, and the space was overall quite clean. When I reached out about a bath tub that needed additional cleaning, and and an issue w the garbage disposal, I was offered to have someone come by to amend these items that same day if I wished. Communication was always clear, fast, and comprehensive. The Hot Tub was super cool, clean, HOT, and a……

“Good overall. A little more lived in than the pictures showed but still clean. The neighborhood was a little noisy with quite a bit of music and gatherings in surrounding houses, but overall good for the price.”

“One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!”

“House was very nice! Host was very communtive. We had some issues with the internet and they were able to assist quickly. Beds were comfortable. Only concern was the neighborhood… it was a little rough but quiet”

“This was exactly perfect for my husband and I when we came to town for a Spring graduation! The owner was great and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will stay here again when we come back! It is near a Publix and a shopping center.”
