「So we checked in then went up to the room to come and find out that the room was never cleaned it was still a mess and in shambles. Like nobody clean the room that day from the previous guests but on top of that I had dinner reservations and we had to wait in additional hour to be able to go use the room so we can get ready to go to dinner. Then on top of that When I went to go use the jacuzzi tub it was not Any stopper for the water anywhere do we found Had a call the front desk multiple times...

「Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a variety of foods. Close to restaurants with discount coupons provided by front desk. We had a great time during our stay.」

「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」
