「Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.」

「I cannot say enough good things about the location of this cottage. St. Charles became one of my favorite places this weekend. The street this is on could only be improved if it were on the ocean. If you are a foodie you have to try Shay's Creole Smokehouse. I could eat it everyday.The cottage is small but has all the necessities you need, there was a wedding across the street Saturday evening during our stay and I thought it would keep us up all night but the rooms being on the backside prevent...

The host was responsive, helpful, and friendly. We appreciated the dedicated parking space and the location was amazing! We walked to several shops, eateries, a park and Grandma’s cookies. As an added plus, there was a Turkish coffee shop downstairs (and a little ways up the sidewalk.)」
