“Clean, comfortable well presented room. No food facilities on site but a microwave, kettle and toaster was provided. All crockery and cutlery was available together with a decently sized kitchen sink. The en-suite was adequate with an electric shower, toilet and sink.
We will stay at the Falcons Nest next time we are in the area. ”

“the property looked clean and the bed was comfortable.
however the lack of internet connection through the wi-fi was a great inconvenience. there was no national tv service except using one's won netflex log-in. I guess this is because there is no tv licence covering the premises.
there was a good 30 min walk to the town centre, no 10 min as stated.
overall the property was comfortable but inconvenient in the above mentioned. ”
