“I hit a deer on my way to the motel. So I couldn’t make it there. Expedia was awful!!!! Said I could not get a refund because I didn’t pay extra! I was 2 hours away I didn’t think I would hit a deer and not make it. Expedia no remorse. No care at all. I emailed downtown inn and within 10 mins they gave me a full refund!!!! I will be staying here every time I’m in Asheville from now on! Expedia….. I will not be using them unless it’s a last resort. ”

“Our 2nd time here. It's right in the heart of everything and you can walk to all the best restaurants. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is off the charts. Everything is made in house, try the yogurt with agave and fresh fruit if you want to have your mind blown. The rooms themselves are exceptional and last but not least, the gym is equipped with every toy you've ever dreamed of. Definite must stay in Asheville. ”
