“Room was smelling bad the box spring for the bed was on th floor. Spent 1 night. Had to get another place stay after 1 night. My husband became ill 3 days after we left. Was allergic to moldy smell”

“Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly”

“Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. “The pool was nice, and the room was perfect for us. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We used the bus service with no issues and the hotel was close enough to the downtown area to walk daily. I would highly recommend to anyone not looking for expensive or super fancy!”

“AC in the room was extremely loud. Bathtub with yellow stain, you don’t expect this for this type of hotel. The Breakfast is ridiculous expensive $35 US dollars per person. The beach across the street is a public beach even when it is a gate to get in using your hotel key. Overpriced hotel. The best of all was the staff super friendly and helpful. The night security guy went beyond words to help us.”

Our recent stay here was genuinely lovely, largely thanks to the fantastic staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. The accommodation was excellent, the food was great, and the amenities were generally very good. If you are travelling with family, the kids' club is absolutely fantastic. If you like to work out while away, be aware that the fitness/gym facility is quite poor. The space is……

“Loved our room and view. We felt there was no communication from staff regarding our being able to dine at sister hotels or how to get there when the ferry wasn’t running. We heard from another guest that we could take the ferry to other hotels. The hotel should have told us that. The food was just ok and we expected it to be tastier and not such small portions. ”
