“No towels just a few worn hand towels and wash cloths. View was good. Good enough for a night. Bring ear plugs for the air conditioning noise.”

“Rooms weren't as clean as I would hope. Beds need to be replaced. They are awful! Pool was nice and we enjoyed that. Staff was friendly. Decent for the price but won't stay again because of the terrible beds.”

“Door didn't lock securely, toilet seat broken, tiny microwave had food splattered inside, sink was very dirty, floor tile in the bathroom was dirty and one of the two beds had not been changed, and it was dirty. Room smelled bad. Additionally, it didn't appear that all the rooms that were occupied were held by travelers. It appeared to me there were people living in some of the rooms. We paid $200 bucks for a two-night stay. Decided we couldn't tolerate staying due to the dirty unsecure room. We……

“Great soft hot water for shower. Towels are a little small. But overall satisfactory. Elevator was great. Room AC worked fine. Close to Casino.”

“This is a Hotel from the early 20th century. It has wonderful character. It doesn't have AC but does not really need it due to being up in the mountains at about 3500 ft. a room fan and open window was more than adequate. We had small issue with a smoke detector battery getting low and the detector started chirping at 4 in the moring. They don't have over night staff so it was fixed in the morning while we were out and fixed by noon. They do have a weekend breakfast that was very good. ……

“Great location, very clean and comfortable! Friendly and welcoming staff, from the front desk to housekeeping. Even on a holiday weekend it was family friendly and quiet. Coffee at the free continental breakfast was surprisingly decent! However for the caffeine snobs, would recommend a quick drive to historic Hazelwood for Beach Mountain Diner and the coffee roasters cafe across the street.”

“Such a beautified property set right in the river. Will definitely stay again. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was TV in the room was not working properly but only being there for one night it wasn’t a big deal.”
