「The corridor of the hotel room is dim, the towels are not clean, and the facilities are old.」

「Bare minimum in amenities. Not even a box of tissues. Breakfast was very generic.」

「Hotel was on par with the price. It's not the Ritz. However, Keven, the desk clerk who checked us in, was excellent and very helpful. He made the stay worth it!」

「It was clean, quiet and really nice!」

「The staff was nice the bar staff was great! The bed was comfortable my only complaint is that this hotel charges $12 for parking which is highway robbery…. They have a huge parking lot and the hotel is outside of the city so it’s not like it’s walkable and you don’t need a car.. there is no need to charge for parking besides ripping off the guests」

「跟其他地區的Hampton Inn相比，這家位置略為偏僻，房內裝飾也略為老派，但大致上是乾淨的，住的也算舒適」

「The front desk service is very good and very sweet」

「Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?". The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise. The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay. I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request...

「Great!」
