“We had a non-smoking room, and there was quite a bit of cigarette smoke smell present and wafting into our room. Several items in the room needed maintenance. ”

“At first we weren't comfortable with our room (it smelled kind of like smoking, even though the whole place is non smoking) but the staff was super courteous, and gave us a different room which was very nice.”

“The suite was awesome, very clean and enormous. I'm sad to say we didn't have time to stay another day but it was a little more spendy than what I'm used to. Otherwise the staff was wonderful and very friendly. Only issue I had was the place was so large and our room was quite aways away from parking, and I'm disabled in both knees so it's hard to walk much distances.”

“Room was clean and the layout of the room was different from the usual but very comfortable. Parking and walking distance to entrance was short and sweet. Staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Amenities were good as well. Grandkids loved the pool and slide. Will book again next visit.”

“Room was poor. No phone, no clock, floor dirty, cigarette burns on bathtub. Outlet for refrigerator and microwave didn't work. Had to plug in a different outlet. Reported to desk but no maintenance showed up. So much ice in parking lot by our door. Breakfast ended at 9 on Sunday. Could have been longer. ”

“The staff was amazing, but unfortunately that’s about the only good thing I can say. When pulling up to the hotel it just looks dingy and uninviting. The pullout beds had old, stained mattresses and someone else’s old oreos in between the platform and the mattress. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and the towels were stained. The breakfast was okay, nothing great. When choosing this hotel, the pictures of the hotel were deceiving and based on the reviews I read, and the photos, I expected more……

“Our floor (4) was under renovation so understand there will be debris on floors Card keys did not work all the time, had to reprogram them 5 times not vey efficient ”
