「They cleaned our room mid-stay and removed all our belongings from our room. Showed back up the second night to an empty room. They’d packed up our stuff and removed it from the room. They claimed it was due to a miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Staff seemed super helpful as first, but when we asked for some sort of compensation for the “misunderstanding” they became rude. 「The clerk at the desk when we checked in was extremely helpful and polite even though she was very busy checking in a large group of people. She gave us directions for getting to the elevator then which way to turn when we got off the elevator. We have stayed here several times and have always found it to be clean a well maintained. The outside landscaping could use a little spruce up but overall it is fine.」

Upon arrival, we were informed that the shuttle only runs 8-4, which was inconvenient since we were flying out at 5 am.
