There were a few things missing in the room such as, a top sheet for one bed, face clothes & hand towels, supplies for washing dishes. Although we were only visiting one week, I felt the housekeeping staff should have, at the very least, emptied our garbage & did a quick mopping of the floor at least once without having to ask. 「Lovely room, lovely bed, lovely view and lovely staff. We just had a lovely time. Stayed during the naval battle fireworks in Olas Altas and what a treat! Absolutely could not have had a better vantage point to watch the show. Will definitely make this a tradition for us when we are in Mazatlan during carnival. Muchas gracias! 」

「Colourful and traditional decor, good breakfast, lovely spots to hang out in the courtyard, patio, rooftop. You can borrow chairs and umbrella for the nearby beach. Bonus: Great view of the Carnaval parade from the rooftop but if you come at that time, just note you’ll hear the festivities until late.
