Downtown Reno Spa Hotel

"Lovely room with great view (the Resort Tower), great room service with really good food. The pool and hot tub were open and fun. Folks at the counter were very helpful, as were other staff members. "

"I reserved a non smoking room, however the room reeked of smoke my entire time there. No available rooms to switch to and when the front desk recommended a machine to clean the air it took them forever to bring it and not only that I had to be out of the room for more than an hour. This machine only cleaned the air for like 2hrs and the smoke smell returned."

"The SPA garbage cans were all overflowing; I had a couple's massage, and my massage therapist smelled like last night's leftover alcohol bucket :( All the lines to check into our room were a mile long, forcing us to leave for the SPA so we wouldn't be late to our appointments. It was a drag for real!"

"This is a modern and clean hotel close to the airport, but be careful in the shower. There are no hand rails and the shower is very slippery."
