Large Rustic Villa
Large plot with a spacious property which the owner has undertaken upgrades throughout . Good location but please note the local town does not have connecting pavements to the property so a vehicle is essential .

Lovely property with great outdoor spaces 20 minute walk into Aups and just a few minutes from Inter Marche Really enjoyed the pool, garden and boule / petanque Great location for exploring the Haut Var, villages perchee and Lac Sainte Croix

Très bon séjour
Maison et extérieur bien équipés. Manquerait qq cintres et un petit saladier mais linge de maison fourni et maison agréable. La piscine est parfaite et entretenue deux fois par semaine par le propriétaire très discret mais disponible. La ville d'Aups est une belle découverte en terme de dynamisme et de services.

Beaucoup de potentiel à valoriser
Joli terrain et maison. Néanmoins des améliorations seraient nécessaires (pas de cintres, lave-vaisselle non fonctionnel, manque des ustensiles de cuisine) Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est venu voir les fuites du toit suite aux orages.

Belle maison sur terrain spacieux
Maison spacieuse sur un terrain spacieux avec plusieurs terrasses. Abri pour 2 voitures. Propriété clôturée dans un boisé, située sur une route principale relativement achalandée. La cuisine est bien et équipée de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Belle piscine avec beaucoup d'espace pour bronzer. Propriétaire très sympathique, facilement accessible pour les questions. La climatisation n'est disponible que dans 1 chambre, située au 1er étage. Des chaises de jardin confortables manquaient malheureusement (achetées par nous sur place et laissées aux prochains locataires ;-)

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen!!! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! So, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten! Unser Hund war auch total begeistert von dem grossen, eingezäunten Umschwung:-))) wir werden sicher wieder dahin gehen! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
