「Telefonisch leider niemand erreichbar. Die FAQs sind halt manchmal nicht ausreichend. Es wird an Personal, also am falschen Ende, gespart. Pfingstsonntag war leider nur die reguläre Öffnungszeit für Amazonia und die Rutschtürme. Leider schließen die Attraktionen zur selben Zeit, was lieber zeitversetzt erfolgen sollte. Ansonsten Campingplatz sehr gut und Anbindung auch.」

「Wir haben uns vor Ort und in der schönen FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt weil Patricia eine klasse umsichtige Gastgebererin ist. Die brandenburgische Umgebung ist landschaftlich schön und interessant, es gibt eine Menge zu entdecken. Außerdem machte die Nutzung der urigen Sauna auf dem Gelände Spaß und sorgte für Entspannung. Eine rundum tolle Sache, die wir sehr empfehlen können.」

「It was a very friendly welcome. The holiday apartment is well equipped. We felt good. It is a little further out of city, but pleasantly quiet. Children can play in the garden . There is a trampolin and a swing. Within walking distance there is a little playground. It was a good base for excursions. We would like to come again.」

「Der Service war sehr schlecht. Von vier Mitarbeitern hinterm Tresen wurde man einfach nicht beachtet bis der fünfte kam. Das Essen war sehr schlecht für den Preis. Sauberkeit geht so muss man sagen dafür daß es ein neues Hotel ist. Bei der Duschwand wurde das Silikon vergessen, so das dass Wasser schön rausgelaufen ist. Fenster kann man nur an klappen. Die Fahrstühle haben sich sehr komisch angehört und die Außenanlage war auch noch nicht fertig. 」
