Your front desk matters and it was our understanding Andy was doing triple duty of sorts to give some of the staff time away. That noted, service did not suffer and our stay was Awesome! "Cabin was perfect! Very cute little cabin. Nice firepit outside with lots of wood to use. Super easy check-in/check-out! Super clean! Close to road but not a problem as the road is barely traveled. Super quiet area! Had a couple questions - Christian was very quick to respond and always helpful! Will definitely rent again if in the area!"

"We found the Trout View Cottage so very charming. The cottage was crisp, clean and tastefully decorated. It accommodated 7 people without feeling at all crowded and kids were well entertained. Although settled in a cabin community, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was around a lovely campfire. We loved our stay and highly recommend it! "
