“This Ballybur is great. Gated, safe,quiet, clean, washer dryer a big big plus. Your own apartment on a long journey. Mel and Mark are great Host. We even shared a ride into Kilkenny to see a concert with them. Highly recommend staying here.”

“This was a very lovely house, however there was an oil leak with a VERY STRONG ODOR !! This odor gave me a headache. The owner was aware of this problem because her son came over shortly after we arrived, said that they would get someone out to repair it but after 4 nights it was not repaired.. The electric tea kettle had so much red liquid sediment in it I was afraid to use it .. The liquid hand soap dispenser was almost empty in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper was provided.”

“Very relaxing stay in a peaceful country setting. Well equipped and spacious accommodations for a couple. Loved the outdoor patio lounge area. Friendly dogs to greet you and hosts were very pleasant.”

“We, a group of six, spent 3 days taking day trips and the location assisted in making them easy to come and go from. The apartment had firms beds, abundant towels and a great working kitchen. We found a supermarket and a liquor store a few steps away. If you can climb stairs this is the place for you.”

“This was our first trip to Ireland and we chose the Granary as a home base as we visited many different sites. It is a great location for day trips to Kilkenny, Cliffs of Moher, Waterford, Cahir, Rock of Cashel, Cork and Dublin. Bee is a wonderful host! She met us when we arrived and showed us around. The home is very clean, well appointed and quiet. Upon leaving we didn’t have to worry about any chores which was wonderful! Highly recommend!”
