Thuiskomen

Wat een fijn verblijf! Na elke dag op pad te zijn geweest was het thuiskomen. De communicatie met de eigenaar is zeer goed en vriendelijk. Het huis heeft een fijne indeling en de tuin is erg groot. In de ochtend wakker worden van fluitende vogels.Goede uitvalsbasis om Rügen te ontdekken, maar ook een stad zoals Stralsund.

Nicht ganz gewöhnliche Unterkunft

Ein Ferienhaus, die sich von den üblichen genormten und etwas sterilen Unterkünften abhebt. Historisches Reetdachhaus, hübsch eingerichtet und gemütlich. Beheizt wird das Haus hauptsächlich mit Holzöfen (es gibt auch ein anderes Heizsystem), aber das verleiht ihm auch eine Menge Charme. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Ein tolles Wochenende in alten Gemäuern

6 Oldies (60 -89 Jahre) haben eine wunderschönes Wochenende in dem mit Liebe mit historischen Dingen eingerichteten unter Denkmalschutz stehendem Haus verbracht. Es hat an nichts an Ausstattung gefehlt. Die Sitzgruppe vor dem Haus ist urisch und in sonniger geschützer Gartenlage gelegen.

Weihnachten auf Rügen

Unser Aufenthalt war schlicht super, Willkommensgetränk für uns Erwachsene, Kinderschokolade für unsere Kinder, Kurkartenservice und das Haus war auf unseren Wunsch hin vorgeheizt, es war wie Weihnachten und es war Weihnachten - vielen vielen Dank, auch dafür, daß das bestellte Kaminholz griffbereit draußen vor der Haustür gestapelt war. Wer jemals im Winter Zeit am Meer verbracht hat, wird um den Zauber von Meer, Himmel und Wintersonne am Strand wissen. Und wer in einem bis ins letzte Details liebevoll eingerichteten Denkmalreethaus seine Ferien verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig, Bücher, Spiele, alles da. Nochmals vielen Dank liebe Vermieter, wir werden die nächsten Ferien wieder hier verbringen.

Altes Häuschen mit viel Charme u. allem was man braucht

Unsere Gäste, Familie u. Freunde haben sich sehr wohl in diesem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Eingerichtet wie eine kleine Puppenstube, mit schönen vintage Details. Mit viel Charme u. Wohlfühleffekt. Sehr freundliche Übergabe. Einfache Handhabung durch Zahlenschloss für den Schlüssel am Eingang. Ein kleiner weihnachtlich Geschenkgruss. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem nötigsten ausgestattet, außer mit Toilettenpapier.. Wir sagen in jedem Fall Dankeschön. Meine Eltern haben angemerkt, das die Heizung in der Nacht laute Geräusche macht u sie deswegen schlecht geschlafen haben.Wir wünschen dem Gastgeber alles Gute.

Gemütliche Herbstreise

Wir hatten in dem wunderschönen Häuschen einen gemütlichen, erholsamen Urlaub mit unseren Kindern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Leider keine gute Heizung, was die Nebenkosten explodieren läßt

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und für einen Aufenthalt im Sommer sehr gut geeignet. Wir waren im Oktober vor Ort und mussten enttäuscht feststellen, dass das Objekt keine richtige Heizung hat. Beim Buchungsvorgang war hiervon keine Rede. Später wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es keine Fußbodenheizung gäbe. Tatsächlich hängen in jedem Raum elektrische Heizplatten. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Kamin, in der Küche einen altertümlichen Beistellherd. Das Feuerholz müssen Sie recht teuer ein- bzw. nachkaufen. Es hilft aber nur für die 2 Räume. Alle anderen Räume (WC, Bäder, Schlafräume) werden elektrisch beheizt, was allerdings nur sehr halbherzig funktioniert. Am Ende kostet de Nebenabrechnung noch einmal ein Menge Geld, da viel Energie verbraucht wird, was in der jetzigen Zeit nicht mehr zeitgemäß ist. Wir haben in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt fast die gleiche Menge an Energie benötigt, die wir zu Hause mit einem EFH in 3 Wochen verbrauchen (etwa 180 kWh). FAZIT: Haus 5 von 5 Punkten, Heizung -5 von 5 Punkten. Empfehlung: nur für den warmen Sommer geeignet. Daher ist das Angebot im Frühling und Herbst definitiv abzulehnen!

Naturnah und ruhig - nahezu perfekt

Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass wir einen traumhaften Urlaub, trotz des sehr wechselhaften Wetters hatten. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, wenn man auf Rügen Ruhe sucht und man die weniger gut besuchten Strände direkt vor der Tür haben möchte. Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Herr Mardus ist überaus freundlich und hat uns auch während des Urlaubs sehr geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!

URLAUB UNTERM REETDACH

Es ist alles so, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen bzw. wie beschrieben. Es ist alles sauber gewesen, Holzvorrat für die Öfen war da und wir mussten den Ofen im Juli auch benutzen, um es abends vorm Fernseher gemütlich zu haben. Das Grundstück ist wirklich komplett von einer dichten Brombeerhecke umgeben und nur von der Gartentür zugänglich. Man ist sehr abgeschieden von der Umgebung, man wirklich von niemandem gestört. Man fühlt sich wie vor 100 Jahren, auf dem Grundstück gibt es Apfel und Pflaume, Holunder- ,Brombeer- und Stachelbeerbüsche, die sicher zur entsprechenden Jahreszeit naschbar sind, ansonsten eignet sich das Grundstück für Ruhesuchende zum Lesen unter Bäumen, Vogel- und Naturbeobachtungen, Entspannen und Sonnen in vorhandenen Liegestühlen, Grillen und evtl. Federballspielen. WLAN ist über eine Funkkarte, und der Internet- und Telefonempfang im Haus war mit unserem Netzbetreiber nahezu unmöglich. Fernsehen hat via Satellit problemlos funktioniert. Kaffeemaschine ersatzwürdig. Manche Türen sind schwerstgängig. Das Alte Haus arbeitet halt in allen Fugen, ist aber auf alt gemacht saniert. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche Wein und vorbereiteten Kurkarten empfangen, Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr gut per WhatsApp, wir haben die Woche genossen und würden wieder hinfahren.

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt auf Rügen

Das Ferienhaus in Dranske auf Rügen war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Ein altes, unter Denkmalschutz stehendes reetgedecktes Haus, das aber von innen sehr schön renoviert, geschmackvoll und mit allem, was der Mensch so braucht ausgestattet ist. Ein besonderes Highlight ist auch der schöne Garten, in dem man nett sitzen, essen oder einfach nur dem Rauschen der Bäume und den Vögeln zuhören kann. Kurzum: Echt toll!

Sehr geschmackvolles Ambiente und Stille

Ein uriges Häuschen, auch für Kinder ideal. Windstille wegen der großen uralten Bäume, aber trotzdem sehr sonnig. Wie früher immer noch die gleiche wunderschöne Gegend,unvergesslich..

Entspannte Zeit im Reethaus

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne entspannte Zeit in dem Kleinen Häuschen. Der Garten ist toll. Das Haus ist sauber mit allem was man braucht. Der Nächste Strand ist 15 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit Jens Mardus war auch prima. Das Häuschen ist aufjeden Fall zu empfehlen :).

Denkmal schön saniert

Super schön und echt gut. Nicht alle Matratzen sind gut. Sofabezüge unbequem. WLAN teilweise echt keinen Empfang ... kann Vermieter nichts für. Leider viele Schnecken im Garten ... aber echt fein und schön und immer wieder gerne
