「The apartment is clean and spacious for a one bedroom. There is a comfy bed, nice bathroom with good sized tub, and a little patio that was nice to watch the sunset from. 」

「Location was great, but wasn’t super clean in some areas and some of the furniture was uncomfortable and worn down. For example I found a dried booger/ blood stain on the blanket on my bed, the trash can lid in my bathroom was broken off, weird stains on the couch, there was no hand soap in the kitchen so we ended up buying some ourselves, and my white socks were dark brown after walking around for a day. It’s just frustrating when you pay for a cleaning fee for it to not even be that clean....

「The promised hot tub (which was one of my decision criteria) was not hot and inconvenient because it was located near the next building over. The apartment was well supplied with coffee, cleaning supplies and pots & pans. However, the water in apartment was too hot and not to code. You could elevate the experience by replacing the shower head and the stained and tattered towels and bedding. Also, an adult cannot sit on the stools and fit their legs under the counter.
