Staff were excellent with their communications and very clear with their access and departure instructions. 「The studio apartment is very conveniently located in the center of many attractions in Paris yet is still at the quiet little street. We had everything we needed for our stay. The communication was easy via text, instructions were clear and supported by the videos. Very professional management where any questions or issues are answered promptly. 「The apartment is in an older building. But once inside it is very comfortable. The bathrooms and toilets are amazing. Two out of the three rooms are great. Well insulated from any noise. The bedroom which shares the common wall with the next apartment has very thin walls so you can hear a lot from next door. Bedding was comfortable though a couple of pillows were a bit lumpy. Air conditioning was great and the space was overall very comfortable. I had to call them about leaving my bags before...
