「Lovely Breakfast, Friendly and Helpful Staff, Beautiful and Spacious Apartment, Easy Parking, Brilliant View especially from the roof terrace, perfect location to visit the museum. Only downsides were the rather firm bed and checkout is at 10am and cost £50 for an extra 2 hours! 」

「If you book through an agency like Expedia expect a £70 fee to use the facilities before 5:30pm on the day of check in. Is what it is Staff were great and I really enjoyed my stay」

Breakfasts were great, a good choice from the buffet, and the cooked breakfast, plenty of options - delicious! My husband and I will certainly be going back, providing his health allows. 「I witness the entire complex being built from the ground up, also attended various functions through the years but this was my first accommodation visit. I was very impressed about the clean,quietness of the room despite having shops and a very busy road outside. I would definately recommend including breakfast. I was spoil for choise. All the staffs at different levels were very professional and accommodating. Try it for yourself. You too will want to visit again」

「Nice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments we’ve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, there’s no lift. Room was ok, though a ‘standard’ double, not a queen / king. There’s no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. 」

「My partner and I came here for our 4 year anniversary with our Westie, Stanley. Overall, we cannot fault the place! The room we had was lovely and spacious, the food was beautiful and the staff were all extremely accommodating and helpful, especially to our Stanley. Stanley has thoroughly enjoyed his stay and has been spoilt rotten by the staff! We cannot thank you all enough for how welcome and comfortable you made us feel! We've already rebooked for my birthday in December 😊」

「I was genuinely surprised to find a hotel this good for the price. The place was very clean, the staff were both professional and friendly, and breakfast was included, I really can't complain. Excellent value for money, and I will definitely be returning.」
